License & Usage
The software license is non-transferable to other HDD / SSD / NVMe / PEN drives, systems, or devices.
The software must not be distributed, copied, sublicensed, or shared with any third party by any means.
We will provide an executable program and a database file.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution will result in immediate termination of the license.
License Renewal
Yearly license renewal is mandatory. If renewal fees are not paid, the software will stop functioning.
Renewal includes support for existing features/options only. No additional features will be provided under renewal.
Any customization requests will be chargeable separately, based on requirements.
Acceptance or rejection of customization requests is solely at the discretion of Kudos Software.
Support Policy
Support will be provided via remote tools (e.g., TeamViewer).
No on-site support will be provided.
Minimum service response time is 24-48 hours.
Support is limited to issues with existing features, new features or enhancements are chargeable.
Compatibility
The software is tested to run on Windows XP, 7, 8, 10, and 11.
Kudos Software does not guarantee compatibility with future versions of Windows beyond those listed.
Hardware compatibility is the responsibility of the client.
Data Backup & Safety
Users are encouraged to regularly back up data to external drives (e.g., pen drives) or cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive).
Kudos Software is not responsible for any data loss due to unforeseen circumstances, hardware failure, or user negligence.
Data security and backup remain the sole responsibility of the client.

Terms & Conditions may change without prior notice.
The Company reserves the right to revise the price of the Software and/or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) at any time without prior notice. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on the Company’s site or communication and shall apply to all future transactions.
Kudos Software is not liable for any direct or indirect loss incurred due to software usage, billing discrepancies, or data loss.
The software is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations when using the software.
Please verify bill/ledger details before making payment.
Kudos Software is not responsible for any loss due to discrepancies in bill/ledger.
The Company does not guarantee that features available in older versions of the software will remain unchanged. Features may be modified, enhanced, or removed in future updates.
Delivery & Installation
Software will be delivered in executable format with database file.
Installation assistance will be provided remotely.
Confidentiality
Clients must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
Any breach of confidentiality or misuse of intellectual property will result in legal action.
